What Tire Careers is

Tire Careers is a hiring platform built for tire shops. Shop owners use it to post jobs, review candidates, and schedule interviews. Candidates use it to apply for positions and book interviews. By using the platform you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately. One account per shop — do not share accounts across separate businesses.

Acceptable use

The platform is for legitimate tire shop hiring. You agree not to:

• Post fake or misleading job listings
• Contact candidates for any purpose other than the job you posted
• Use automated bots or scrapers to interact with the platform
• Spam candidates via the SMS booking system or any other channel
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's operation

We reserve the right to suspend any account that violates these rules, with or without notice.

Text messages (SMS)

Candidates may opt in to text messages on the job application form. The consent box is never pre-checked and is not required to apply. If you opt in, we send texts about interview scheduling, booking confirmations, reminders, and application updates. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share your mobile number or your text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing. Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months unless required by applicable law.

Prices may change. We will give you at least 30 days' notice before raising the price of an active subscription.

Intellectual property

Tire Careers owns the platform, its code, and its design. You own the content you upload — your job descriptions, your candidate notes. By posting content you grant us a limited license to display it to the relevant parties (candidates you invite, our support team, etc.) as needed to operate the service.

Limitation of liability

The platform is provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tire Careers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
