Store Manager – Demo Tire & Auto | White Plains, NY Demo Tire & Auto is a hands-on shop serving the White Plains community. We take care of our customers and keep our team running strong. We are looking for a Store Manager who can lead the shop every single day. What you'll do: — Run day-to-day shop operations — Build and manage staff schedules — Work toward and hit monthly revenue targets — Handle customer escalations and solve problems fast — Keep the shop clean, safe, and organized — Support your team and help them do their best work — Make sure every customer leaves happy What you need: — Experience in tire or auto retail is preferred — Strong people skills and a calm, steady leadership style — Ability to manage a team and hold people accountable — Comfort working in a fast-moving shop environment — A track record of hitting goals and solving problems on the fly Candidates who have worked in tire or auto retail for three or more years will stand out. If you have five or more years of experience and have led a team before, we really want to hear from you. Living close to White Plains is a plus so you can be here when the shop needs you.
