Store Manager – Demo Tire & Auto Demo Tire & Auto is a hands-on shop that takes care of its customers and its team. We work hard to do the job right every time. We are looking for a strong leader to run our store day to day. What you'll do: — Set the daily schedule for all staff — Make sure the shop stays clean and runs smoothly — Help the team hit sales and revenue goals — Handle customer problems and fix them fast — Train and support your team members — Watch store performance and report to ownership — Keep shop operations on track from open to close What you need: — Experience in tire or auto retail, especially in a lead or supervisory role — 3 or more years working in a shop or retail auto setting (5 or more years is a plus) — Strong people skills and the ability to lead a team — Ability to work full-time and be dependable every week — ASE certifications are a plus but not required Pay and hours: $55,000–$70,000 per year | Full-time To apply, reach out to Demo Tire & Auto directly and ask about the Store Manager opening.
